1. About these terms

These terms apply when you use this website or work with RazeNit ("RazeNit", "we", "us", "our"). RazeNit designs and builds websites and online stores, runs performance marketing campaigns and builds custom software and CRM tools for businesses. By using this website or engaging our services, you agree to these terms.

2. Using this website

You may use this website to learn about our work and to contact us. Please don't misuse it: no attempts to break, overload or gain unauthorised access to it, and no copying of its content or design for commercial use without our written permission. The content here is for general information and may change without notice.

3. Our services

The exact scope, deliverables, timeline and fees for each project are set out in a written proposal, quote or agreement that we share with you. If anything in that document conflicts with these terms, the project document takes priority for that project.

4. Quotes and payments

• Quotes are valid for 30 days unless we say otherwise.
• Payment milestones are listed in your proposal. Work usually starts after the first payment is received.
• Prices do not include applicable taxes such as GST, which are added where required.
• If a payment is overdue, we may pause work until it is cleared.

5. What we need from you

Projects move fastest when we get content, access and feedback on time. You are responsible for the material you give us (text, images, logos, product data) and you confirm that you have the right to use it.

6. Timelines and changes

Timelines are estimates and depend on timely feedback and approvals. Requests that go beyond the agreed scope can be quoted and scheduled separately.

7. Third-party platforms

Our work often relies on third-party services such as hosting providers, domain registrars, payment gateways, e-commerce platforms and advertising platforms. Their use is governed by their own terms. Advertising spend paid to platforms like Meta or Google is separate from our fees unless agreed otherwise. We are not responsible for decisions made by these platforms, such as ad rejections, account restrictions or outages.

8. Results

We work hard to grow your business, but marketing and sales results depend on many factors outside our control, including your product, pricing, market and competition. Unless agreed in writing, we do not guarantee specific sales, rankings, traffic or returns.

9. Ownership of work

Once all fees for a project are paid, you own the final deliverables we create specifically for you. Third-party components (such as fonts, plugins, libraries and stock assets) remain subject to their own licences, and our pre-existing tools and know-how remain ours. We may show the finished work in our portfolio unless we agree otherwise in writing.

10. Confidentiality

We keep your business information confidential and use it only to deliver our services. We ask you to do the same with any non-public information we share with you.

11. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, such as lost profits or lost data. Our total liability for any claim related to a project is limited to the fees you paid us for that project.

12. Ending an engagement

Either side may end an engagement with written notice. You will pay for work completed up to that point, and we will hand over the completed work once payment is received.

13. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes will be handled by the competent courts in India with jurisdiction over RazeNit's place of business.

14. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The "Last updated" date above shows when they last changed.
